On March the 4th at 2pm the Montréal Canadiens Alumni & Hockey’s Greatest Stars will be at the Wellington & District Community Centre. They’ll be playing a team of Local County Stars. The Canadiens are looking for a few good players. You could be one of them! They are looking for a forward, a defenceman and a trainer to help on the bench. The best part is there is no tryout necessary. You just need to bid your way onto the bench.
1- Select the position you’d like to play in the box to the right.
2- fill in your name, email and phone number
3-place your bid.
At the bottom right of the auction window you will see the highest posted bid for each position. The bidding closes on February 27, 2012 at 4:30pm. If you are the successful bidder you will be contacted the next day by staff from the Recreation, Parks & Culture Department. Upon making your bid payment the details of the game will be released. Please note that your name & photo may be used in press releases, event reports and future marketing promotions.
Proceeds from the Event will go to Canadian Tire Jump Start & the Wellington & District Community Centre.
